I just received an e-mail a few days ago from my adviser, stating that it's time for me to submit my "Application for Graduation." Some thoughts that came to my mind was:  Huh? Is it time for graduation...already? Where did time go?

This two year accelerated nursing program has been a battle -- mostly a battle with myself. I had to beat out bad habits of procrastinating and improve my time management skills (although I already thought I had that down pat). I had to get over my doubts and my feelings of not being a good test taker, and to prove to myself that I am and that I can be a good test taker.

It's been a bittersweet experience. But, I'm excited for it to be over because it means that I have all of the basic knowledge I need to do everything I've always only dreamed of doing. Of course, the knowledge and the learning doesn't stop there, but I have the foundation to just keep building.
